What is the turnaround time for my project?

Most glove projects will take 3-5 days for completion from the time of receiving the glove(s). During peak season, this could be extended out to 7-10 days, but this will be communicated with you prior to taking your glove in. We do our best to get your glove taken care of as fast as possible and get it back in to your hands to enjoy!

Can you give me a quote for my project?

Absolutely! Once we reach out to confirm your service request, you will have a chance to send pictures and get a more accurate quote to be able to complete your project.

What color laces do you have available?

We have over 25 color options in stock and if it is something that is not currently in stock at the shop, we can work to find the color you are looking for and acquire this prior to receiving your glove. A deposit may be required if non-stock laces need to be ordered. This deposit would be equal to half of the lacing cost.

How do I pay when my glove is finished?

Payment for gloves being shipped must be handled prior to sending the glove back to you. This payment can be completed via Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Credit/Debit. Links for your chosen method will be sent to you once the glove is complete and you are happy with the final outcome.
