What is the turnaround time for my project?

Most glove projects will take 3-5 days for completion from the time of receiving the glove(s). During peak season, this could be extended out to 7-10 days, but this will be communicated with you prior to taking your glove in. We do our best to get your glove taken care of as fast as possible and get it back in to your hands to enjoy!

Can you give me a quote for my project?

Absolutely! Once we reach out to confirm your service request, you will have a chance to send pictures and get a more accurate quote to be able to complete your project.

What color laces do you have available?

We have 40+ color options in stock and if it is something that is not currently in stock at the shop, we can work to find the color you are looking for and acquire this prior to receiving your glove. A non-refundable deposit may be required if non-stock laces need to be ordered. This deposit would be equal to half of the lacing cost. You may also notice some laces labeled TT or AL, and these letters simply describe either the location where the laces were produced (Tennessee Tannery) or how they were tanned (Alum Tanned).

How do I pay when my glove is finished?

Payment for gloves being shipped must be handled prior to sending the glove back to you. This payment can be completed via Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Credit/Debit. Links for your chosen method will be sent to you once the glove is complete and you are happy with the final outcome. Payment for local pick-up can be completed with check or cash in addition to the methods mentioned above.

What is the difference between 30-minute and 60-minute break-in?

30-minute break-in forms the hinges in the pocket, gets the glove to a point where it closes easily, and still needs ~20% more break-in time by the player.

60-minute break-in does everything the 30-minute break-in does, but takes it the full 100% and is ready to take out to the field now. The pocket is fully formed, glove snaps close with ease, and the ball doesn’t rattle around in the pocket. A more involved process with fine tuning of the glove included.
